A Note from Hilary
Glory Reborn has been operating in Cebu City since 2003, and in that time we have delivered thousands of precious little ones! I am always amazed to see the beauty that God has in each new life. Our vision is not only to provide the highest quality maternal care, but to also demonstrate the tangible Love of Jesus.
Serving and ministering to the less fortunate of this world is the main focus of this ministry, and we are proud to say that 100% of your donations go directly to providing the care and services to these people.
My heart smiles as I see the hope of tomorrow in each little one! As you browse this site, I hope you also get a glimpse of what our vision is at Glory Reborn. I hope and pray that you will join us in this calling!

Who We Are
Glory Reborn was founded by Hilary & David Overton. In July 2003, we moved to Cebu City, Philippines to start a small clinic that would provide a much needed service to the community. On August 1, 2003 the first baby was born in the spare bedroom of our small apartment. We quickly moved the clinic to an adjacent apartment and began full operations in September 2003. Five years later, we have seen close to 1,500 deliveries in the facility! We are just getting started!
Hilary
Hilary is the true visionary of Glory Reborn. After completing her midwifery training and receiving her degree and license in the US, she had a longing to return to her "mommies" of the Philippines. That is just what she did, and continues to do. Hilary's strength and focus have allowed this clinic to have great success, we have even been recognized before the Philippine Congress! Amazingly, she never ceases to find more ways to help her patients and she truly longs for the day where she can help them in every situation that they face.
David
David has a Bachelor's degree in International Economics and manages the operations of Glory Reborn. He also does all the multimedia design and fundraising. He is proud of the fact that after four years, he has only delivered one baby, and is still Not a Midwife!
Our Staff
Suffice to say, we would not be where we are today if it were not for the wonderful staff that work with us at Glory Reborn. We currently have 21 staff members, all who share our heart of compassion for the women of Cebu!
